I was one of the fortunate ones that chose to have minimal contact with this company after getting the "run around" and multiple lies from the Sales personnel in Greer, SC. The finance quote from Stacy ****** at Vanderbilt was an absolute offensive joke quoting a 10%+ rate for 23 years to a person with a 730 FICO score. Payback would have been $177k for a $69k loan!!! I bought the Abigail had it stretched 4ft and had the porch added on and all 9 porch columns are off by 2 inches they lean in and sideways. The factory`s contractor said the top band on the porch was built wrong. The factory said they would fix it so their contractor Dale made a material list and never came back to fix it. When you call they never know what you are talking about so they need to call dale to see what`s going on and they will call you back and they never do. 6 year old mobile home full of mold, rioting floors with no water leak!

Hi Kristen, thanks for reaching out. Regarding your complaints, during our inspection of items on 10/9/18, we found that the customer has cut the bottom board at some point in time which had caused the trunk line to be exposed to the hot humid air. This exposure had caused an excessive amount of sweating at the trunk line and allows moisture to migrate inside the house. The customer also ran two window air conditioner units.
