Poor quality home. Bought brand new in November 2019- poor quality/cheap carpet, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, kitchen island, and cupboards. All items listed have either stopped working properly, or look 10+ years old already. For what you pay for these homes it should not already be showing this much wear. I would not recommend a purchase of one of these homes.

My issues are not necessarily with Clayton Homes. It is more with the contractor that they hired to do the work for me. I have had nothing but issues with this company and unfortunately it is Clayton homes that hired them and can not get them to do the work the right way. I have been having issues with my awning that I spent $5500.00 on. The contractors did not screw some pieces down so the wind blew them up and tore the awning all apart. we bought a 2021 cool breeze we love the trailer but it has been another story when it comes to the service and clean up after the sale we paid cash for the trailer once they had all the money all we hear is I'm sorry there is nothing we can do freezer is not working had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come look at it which still has not happened called several times to have the 2 pallets of sand from underpinning removed sorry cant find anyone to take it i would not send anyone to buy from these people

If you plan on ordering from out of state, be aware it will be a long, stressful process. I bought a home to be delivered into WV from Clayton of Harrisburg, VA. I was told it arrived to the lot to be looked at by us. Drove almost 2 hours away to find out it wasn't even on the lot. Days later I drove down again to finally see the house. Clayton Homes misled me when I applied for trailer 21 in Manning MHP. I wanted rent and rent-to-own options. Xxxx said, "Send in your application and let's see where the numbers fall." She never once told me the firm price on the rent was $850, which I cannot afford. I feel I was deceived and misled.

They had told us that if we put down $5,000 cash that we would and did not get approved that we would get our money back in 3 to 5 days it's been over 30 days and we still have not got our money back and we did not get approved they basically stole $5,000 cash from us police report is about to be filed

I acquire my home in 2019 and by 2020 I had filed all the work that needed to be done. I have been given excuses, and I am a very forgiven person. the repair man was great, but trying to fix siding in 104 degrees is a little rough. But my interior work could be done. The roof vents used are horrible on our 2010 model (we bought it brand new and moved in it in 2011) and have caused major interior damage! Along with numerous other issues that have happened over the years, like doors rusting, dips in the flooring, bath tubs cracking and leaking, etc. that we have made repairs and upgrades to ourselves. I don't even want to give one star. Signed for my new home and everything is still messed up...roof leak, doors messed up , crackes everywhere... If my stuff doesn't get fixed I am going too pay soneone to take it back and let them have this piece of **** I purchased.... Buyer Beware.. Don't waste your money or time with them..
