Took them 3 1/2 hours for a service wash, oil change, and tire rotation. I've never gotten out of there in less than 3 hours. One time it was justified to be fair. When they welded a cracked in my exhaust line.
They cracked the post on the rotor while removing the tire and tried to charge me first for a new rotor then for a labor for installing new post. Not recommended for anything but oil change.
