Long waits on the phone just to even get a hold of someone. The times I have left voicemails requesting call backs I do not get anyone to call me back. Poor experience with customer service.
Bought a car here on Sunday. I did have trouble with the wait time both on Sunday and had a delay in the pick up time. But Patrick whom I first met when I got there called me and could not have been nicer. His goal was to make sure I was happy with Clay Subaru. Thank you Patrick. Also the sales woman Amanda was awesome.
I bought my Subaru Forester at Clay and have had excellent service from Day 1. Everyone from the sales team to the service team has been responsive, efficient , and taken great care of me as a customer. I couldn't be happier with them.
Recently purchased 2 vehicles here. One vehicle was involved in an accident and deemed a total loss. While putting together our gap claim the first finance representative never returned our calls even after leaving several voicemails. When speaking with the 2nd finance department representative I was completely taken back by his rude and disrespectful behavior. Trying to trade in my current lease, financial Mgr is not responding to any questions I have been asking over the past couple of days. Customer service is not great!
