My experience is one word AWESOME! Every time I go it’s the same . Ya drive your vehicle inside, next they go over what your there for , next go wait in a clean room with coaches and refreshments, then wait till they are done, then they go over everything. Pay ya bill and hit the road. I also want to add that I get dozens of calls from not Subaru to continue my vehicle warranty but I simply tell them I bought a Subaru why do I need one .😛
