There is much room for improvement in customer service in the service department, I had to go back 3 times for my radio/car play issues and each visit was more painful than the last, after calling 6 times because the service department did not call as promised, I had to issue several complaints to get the promised calls. I realize that the issues with the radio/car play are an ongoing problem that is not easy to fix, but I shouldn't have to chase the service department to get what I paid for.
RecommendedWe think Tony Chahwan is an excellent salesman and recommend him. Sadly our new 2018 loaded Outback has a failed infotainment system and we have learned this is a problem all over the county. We are dismayed , 35k and a major total system failure so ask about it before you buy, this is our 3rd Subaru and we like this dealer but it may our last !
