I have 15 years working for the Clays and still counting. I would not have it any other way. I love this place.
Had an appointment to look at 2 cars. Wife and I took time off work and drove 130 miles round trip only to be told when we got there that they were both sold. Worst experience at a dealership ever. Poor attitudes and unapologetic.
I was there from 740am to 12pm and still no sticker just had to go get a sticker up the street from my house and pay out of pocket and now have to wait for them to send me a $35 check Been there 4 times that 6 hours of driving alone nevermind all the wait time every time I went down there Place sucks even today they still couldn't get me a sticker for my car smfh place sucks the wrost service I ever had to deal with I will never recommend that place to anyone The car came with side moldings but they didn't even put them on f... read more
Spent an hour waiting for the finance person only to be told I'd been moved down the queue. Gave up and left without car or 2 hours of my life I won't get back. But hey, free popcorn 🍿
Recently had an unpleasant experience with one of the associates. I felt like he was trying to rip me off.
