I brought in two vehicles (not Kia's) for oil changes, alignments and tire rotations. The work was quickly completed and both delivered to me washed. John, Tina, Orlando and Lindsay, the service manager were great. It's nice to see a very capable female in the Service Manager position. Well done Kia of Streetsboro! This kind of service keeps your dealership on my short list for our next purchase.
Just purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier from Kia of Streetsboro. My sales consultant, Alec, was knowledgeable, friendly and REALLY hustled to to keep things moving. Kerry in finance was great and had me in and out of that process in no time flat. I got a great truck at a great price. Overall, a friendly, relaxed yet high energy atmosphere.
I was in the market for a new car. It was a toss up between and Kia or a Hyundi. Had visited a Kia dealer in another town and was not pleased with the process. Went to the Streetsboro Kia dealership and was greeted by Greg. He was very honest and sincere. He actually found a car with everything that I wanted at another dealership in Cincinnatti. I bought the car that following week. A shout out to Greg and Chris.
I took my car to the service department at KIA of Streetsboro to have them check out a noise that was coming from the engine. At first they thought it was a worn out pulley so they replaced it within a couple of minutes. After they started up the car it was still making a weird noise so they decided to keep the car over night to find out exactly where the noise was coming from and why. I recently visited Kia of Streetsboro with my sister because she was in need for a new car. I was thoroughly impressed with everything the sales associates and managers did to help her. They went above and beyond to make her(us) feel comfortable. Purchasing a car can sometimes be stressful but Jacob, Steve and Kerry made it so worth our while. These guys were excellent!!!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Totally pleased with the overall experience. We drive in from out of town because of the amount of inventory they have and friendliness of salesmen. Understood our needs and worked with us to find the right car in our price range.
