I prefer to research a new car over the internet and complete as much of the transaction prior to going to the dealership. I very much appreciated the fact that Classic Nissan completely honored all terms of the sales information I recieved in email and there was no haggling.
Quality establishment, everyone was very nice to work with. Gave us the $ amount we were looking for and really made the entire process easy. Actually just purchased 2 cars within 1 month of each other and came back the second time because of the service and respect we recd not to mention the great deals! Would highly recommend the Dealer to others!
I knew I would be getting a good deal with Michael Martin. He is fair and honest. I find that refreshing in a car salesman. I don't feel pressured and I am comfortable talking and dealing with him. This is my 5th vehicle from Classic Nissan of Streetsboro. We leased a Maxima for our oldest son, Altima for our youngest son, and I am on my 3rd vehicle, 2 Altimas and now I have a Maxima.
Very good, timely service and answer to questions. Friendly and felt everything was explained in great, clear detail. Felt the price was clear and an extreamly great deal. No hidden costs or expenses
Service is always completed professionally and in a quality fashion. Service always applies any possible discount coupons with out me asking. Quick to make recommendations with explanation of what needs to be done and why. I am willing to pay for a quality repair, this service department recognizes that and makes sure services/repairs offered are to my expectations.
My overall experience with sales staff was excellent. My experience with the service staff was very good and the provision of a loaner car while my Frontier was being serviced was extremely beneficial. I just wish the dealer location was closer to my home because I would probably use their service more frequently.
The employees attentive,friendly,helpfull & appear to be very competant. Facilities very clean, neat & orderly. Work done promptly and appears to be quality. No problems or issues. Dealership is close to where I live. Nice location and easy to access.
Not being sure I really was in a position to get a new vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to find I could. Kyle Moore was the young man who helped me. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention he gave me. When he "guided" me to a larger better equipped car I was leery. But I am glad I didn't let my previous bad experiences with younger sales persons stop me from listening. I probably would not been happy with my 1st choice. All the staff are friendly and courteous.
I Love my new Nissan Frontier . I at no time felt any pressure to buy . or had any salesman chasing me down.i felt very comfortable buying this car .
