I have bought many cars and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did at Nissan of Streetsboro. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and helped me get the vehicle I wanted for a price that I could afford.
I wanted a 2016 Altima, and it had to be white. Dave was able to get one for me. My husband and I were both pleased.
My experience was nothing short of fantastic. My situation was a bit unique, so I dealt with the GM. The GM (James) went above and beyond to try to help me not only get a great car, but spent several hours after to get something cleared off my credit. 5 stars does not do the justice of my experience. Got turned down by 2 other Nissan dealership for my trade.. , till i went here and Dale and Nissan of Streetsboro gave me a chance to drive my very first Brand new Murano. . Couldn't be more happier.. Thanks guys...
The sales staff were very professional and the dealership had some great deals. They were very busy and we were waiting for a specific salesman Justin Beamer, but he was busy so he had Dave Richmond help us. Dave helped us until Justin was available and then because finance was so busy the General Manager Eric stepped in and helped us. That's what I call teamwork. Thank you guys I won't hesitate to refer friends to you.
We did most of the process via e-mail and then went to drive the car. The salesman we had worked with during the day was not available when we arrived, so another salesman stepped in and was very personable and helpful. He showed us everything about the car, let us test drive it, and stayed until after closing time to make sure we drove away with our new Kia.
