Everything went smoothly when we purchased our new Soul. I love the car and the purchasing experience was pleasant. Everyone was nice and knew a great deal about the Soul. They allowed us to take our time and answered any questions we had. When we took the car in for the wiring recall they worked fast and compitently to get us in and out.
Excellent staff! Dan (GM) worked to find a loan provider that worked for me (I'm a recent college grad, just started "real" jobs in the past month) & he pulled it off when other dealerships would've given up & ignored my needs! A+++ - you should absolutely look for your next car here!
The sales rep Joe was very warm & very personable, he made you feel at home, like family. And Kerry the business mgr, broke it down from the financial end and particulars that related to all that you need & services that KIA provides, to it's customers.... Truly they are the dynamic dual....

Jake helped me to choose a vehicle at my price range. Customer service was amazing and it is a third car I bought from them. Will definitely come back again. Love my 2017 Sportage.
This is my second Kia. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Mike was my sales person and was very knowledgeable on the Soul which I am leasing. He went through the car inside and out to make sure I knew everything about it. They made sure my new Soul was spotless. Thanks for a great experience Mike. Bought my first vehicle (on my own) here, and the process couldn't have gone any better. Friendly and knowledgable staff, beautiful facility and most importantly, beautiful cars! They were able to work with me on a payment that I was comfortable with, and I never felt any sort of pressure whatsoever. Extremely pleased with my experience at Kia of Streetsboro!
Tamara was my salesperson and she was absolutely amazing. She was always available friendly and best of all listened to what i wanted and kept me in the payments I felt comfortable at. If you go ask for her she for sure will help you and give you a great experience.
