Tried to call to get details on bringing my van and motorcycle in, and the manager hung up on me in the middle of speaking. I called back, and no apology or anything. He said, "I thought you were done with your conversation." Y'all may be good, but customer service goes a long way with me so guess I'll take my money somewhere else.
Pressure washed my motorcycle after I advise to hand wash and caused $245 worth of damage (including $25 towing from there to mechanic) and refused to reimburse. This is not how you do business and treat a veteran. Tried to put the blame on me. I rode there and couldn’t ride out!
They do a great job. Great prices !! Can’t beat it.
