We have been customers of Classic Aire for many years and do their twice a year maintenance plan. They have always taken care to alert us to possible problems down the road. The service people are on time and usually you see the same person each visit. Each employee from the person making the appointment to the service person is respectful and courteous. We had our whole unit replaced last week on a very hot day and they made it bearable and stress free. I will and have recommended them to a lot of my friends.

We called to report the AC was not cooling at our moms condo. The tech returned the Sat afternoon call promptly. He arrived in 10 minutes. We determined the door had been left open by our elderly mom. The tech could not find any dysfunction and determined it was the open door causing the overheated unit. He discussed some ways we could monitor the temp remotely. He did not charge for the visit. Mom doesn’t have a lot of money- we were relieved and thankful.
The technician was courteous and professional. I am always very satisfied with Classic Aire Care.
