They bought out Harster and must have kept the people if they feel their work is excellent then they probably should have cleaned house and fired all the people because my furnace repair man was the worst. He has my outside ac fan going while my furnace runs and no its not a heat pump are anything like that he wired it that way and charged me 250 dollars for time spent this is only the begining of my social media comments towards these people they are crooks and will be reported to the BBB if I dont get a full refund
RecommendedWas an Averill customer for years, but they were recently bought out by Classic Aire. Classic Aire’s Service has been excellent. They are prompt, honest , friendly and professional. Will keep using them for future HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Quickly responded to the call on a very busy day for them! The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and did his work quickly! I was very impressed with their entire staff! It had to have been a crazy week for them as it was the coldest this year but they were friendly and accommodating! Very happy with overall experience!

Serviceman was prompt and efficient.
I had a problem with my furnace at night. It wasn't running and was getting cold in the house. I had a maintenance contract with another company and called them but they didn't have anyone available to come out until the next day. A friend recommended Classic Aire Care so I called and they sent someone out right away. Got my furnace running again. I am considering switching my annual maintenance contract over after I receive the spring maintenance visit from my other company.
