Wow! Already being at a loss, as the brand new $30k hvac system we had installed last year is not working properly, this experience with Classic Aire Care is insult to injury. To clarify, Classic Aire was not the original contractor who installed the system. I called them to be a respected third party set of eyes, and possibly hire them to be our routine maintenance solution moving forward, as I am losing trust with the original contractor. Eli was good technician. Did a good job.
I have no complaints concerning the tech. However I felt that $109 for a diagnostics was overpriced. Also since I was low on Freon the price was $500/gal. And I needed 3 gallons. Way overpriced.
