Arrived on time, did routine maintenance, explained their work, recommended a filter should be replaced and replaced it, I paid bill and he left. Service man was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend the company.
Outstanding unparalleled service!
They replace my furnace in the attic and an air conditioner. They were polite professional, and cleaned everything up when they were done. They checked to make sure the systems were functioning correctly, and walked me through how the thermostat functioned.
The technician came out quickly on a Sunday and saved me a lot of money by fixing my thermostat rather than selling me a new one.
Their device ie very reliable and always inform you on the furnace or a/c conditions!
It's our first Christmas Eve in our new home, and of course we wake up to cold air blowing out and an unhappy furnace! We called 10+ places and Classic Aire Care was by far the best option. Diana was incredibly helpful over the phone and had someone out to us within the hour! She was upfront about pricing and very informative. Kent was our service tech, and was very sweet! He talked me through everything he did, answered all of my questions and gave some great advice. We will definitely use these guys again!
