I've been here several times over the years just for pure convenience if location. A few times that I've been they didn't even diagnose me w the problem. This last time I didn't have my insurance card on me so I asked if I could email them a picture of it. She said they didn't have Internet(seriously?) that it would have to be faxed, that they had to 'scan it in'. I gave her my phone with the picture of the card on it so 'scan' it and she said it wouldn't do that. She made no attempts to help even though I had all of the inf... read more

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider's staff friendly?
