Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider show attention to detail? They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
