Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
