I have found Clark properties to be extremely quick to help with any issues that we asked to get serviced. The team at Clark Properties have been so helpful. They stand by their contract and will help out however they can. Ron and Debbie are agents who are great to work with. We are currently tenants and are very happy.
Where to begin…. I echo most all of the negative sentiments expressed in the previous reviews. The positive ones rang hollow. Likely compensated testimonials and mendacious to be mild. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS! A MINUS 1 RATING IS FAIR! They discriminate against African American people and LGBTQ+ folks like myself. Their repairs are done with bailing wire & chewing gum. If I were the owner I would get rid of them just for that alone. No regular maintenance. They don’t cover pest control (???!!)! Normally I dont even write reviews but I was just so disgusted about this whole ordeal.Pretty much my issue is the same as everyone else. My wife and I lived here 6 years, we were great tenants. But that didnt seem to matter no matter how good of a tenant you are or how clean it is when you leave, they are going to charge you for something crazy so they can keep your security deposit. You can't even walk through with them. Charged $100 for them raising a dining room lamp to a higher link that was the same height when we rent... read more
