I have found Clark properties to be extremely quick to help with any issues that we asked to get serviced. The team at Clark Properties have been so helpful. They stand by their contract and will help out however they can. Ron and Debbie are agents who are great to work with. We are currently tenants and are very happy.
Where to begin…. I echo most all of the negative sentiments expressed in the previous reviews. The positive ones rang hollow. Likely compensated testimonials and mendacious to be mild. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS! A MINUS 1 RATING IS FAIR! They discriminate against African American people and LGBTQ+ folks like myself. Their repairs are done with bailing wire & chewing gum. If I were the owner I would get rid of them just for that alone. No regular maintenance. They don’t cover pest control (???!!)!
