was told what a great bank this was from my brother. Who got a new car loan as a first buyer at 3%. Tried to refinance both my cars into one payment. wouldn't do it without me putting down 1350. at charging me almost 10% interest on the cars 1 percent more interest just cause it was 2 vehicles.

Hi James. I'm sorry you didn't get the rate or loan amount that you wanted. Your loan officer should be able to explain the reason for the interest rate and the down payment. There are many factors that are considered with a loan approval - loan-to-value being one of them; if you are trying to roll two auto loans into one auto loan, there needs to be enough value in one of the vehicles to accommodate the balance of both loans. The last few interactions with CCCU have been less than satisfactory. I will be moving to another financial institution. CCCU does nothing to improve and they have been a waste of time!
