Very unprofessional and rude service when I went in to open an account in February .
You guys are not here for your members. You are giving my mom the hardest time ever trying to resolve fraudulent charges on her account. You guys act like my mom did this and she’s the criminal. I will tell everyone about this. You guys are not a good bank. That’s why I closed my account with you guys!
RecommendedI highly recommend using the online voice chat. Travis assisted me today with an ongoing issue I have had with Bill Pay and Loan Payments on the new system. He solved both of these issues today with patience and knowledge. I highly recommend trying this route before pulling your hair out trying to get answers from members services. I've been going back and forth for a week. I understand they, too, have a learning curve with the new system at the same time this pandemic hit but it was extremely frustraring. We have been with this credit union for 20 years. Never will we try for any kind of loan. We applied to refinance our house in November and it’s almost the middle of March and it’s still not finished. Between the loan officer constantly dropping the ball and getting things done ( getting correct loan docs, waiting a week to get an interest rate) not returning phone calls and emails for days. If you are looking for a friendly neighborhood bank where everyone knows your name, then this is the one for you. But if you are looking for a financial institution that offers a mobile app or website that is user friendly and always works, then this is absolutely NOT the bank for you. Anyone that uses other banks tech or 24 hour customer service will be disappointed by this credit union. Been with this bank for 24 & 10 years combined. They used to be good. They used to be great. Now we both are considering closing all accounts. Customer service is bad, the new system doesn’t work right. And now dividend is lowest ever, and I have car loans and cards. Maybe because they sponsor tv stations and spent our money on advertising! Will be leaving soon.....
