Love everything about CCCULV, EXCEPT their mortgage department. The WORST service I have every received, it's like they don't want the business? Very disappointed since I wanted to move all of my finances to this credit union 😞 Luckily there are other options out there that are responsive and want my business.
RecommendedClark County Credit Union came to me at the time of need when I needed them the most. I would give Tenaya branch 10 out of 10 for going above and beyond especially Sharwani
We recently applied for and were approved for a loan and the experience was one of the most professional and timely that I have ever experienced with a banking institution in Las Vegas. We had so many professionals work with us through this process and it went so quickly. I couldn’t believe how excellent the communication was and how helpful everyone was too! This place and these people were amazing!
T-Mobile charged me $144.28 to my checking account. Called CCCU had me call T-Mobile to charge it back. CCCU wound ‘t do anything. Told me to wait for 15 days from the date of charge. Asked for a supervisor none are available. Doesn’t sound like my money is safe time to move on to a different bank or credit union. Very disappointed with the service I received for the last week from CCCU.
Very helpful staff at the Tenaya location. I had several transactions between several accounts, never felt rushed. Would definitely recommended this credit union.
2nd post of dissatisfaction! I cannot wait to be finished with my loans (come on May 2019)! Even when they call themselves upgrading/enhancing they still manage to screw me. Can never get a straight answer. Not going to waste my time calling or going in there anymore either.
I'm new to CCCU, and all I can say is they are the best. I shopped around with several banks and credit unions, and ended up deciding to set up a business checking account with CCCU. Compared to all the banks I have worked with, CCCU has come on top. Liz Lopez and Tiffany Rodillon were fantastic in helping me set up the account for my new dental practice. Will you guys ever be compatible with Apple Pay? My other credit union is and is a big reason why I’m transferring my things over to that one.
