Improve customer service. Was told I would get a call back from supervisor never happened. After many years ,looking at a new bank. Some that offer higher interest rate and free checking. The one I really love,is what bright spark, removed account number from statement. It remains on my cheque.(for better security)

Clark county credit union is one of the worst places to bank. They have very few arms throughout the country, they don't have a free checking acct. They have horrible customer service and they just keep trucking along as if they really care about their customers. Please use Penfed, or Creditstar, but do whatever you can to avoid CCCULV because u will regret it month after month when you you see how you and your money gets treated.

Business response:

Hi Dr. Austin, we apologize for your experience. A member of our management team will be in contact with you to discuss. Thank you.

I've been member several years and inquired about a loan extension for an existing loan. 1st time I inquire about, this is my second loan with them. the other one paid of always on time with payments including this existing one. now. they charge you an extra $25 00 for the service.? not worth it. total reap off. Big help!

Business response:

Hi Dayana, When doing the COVID skips last year we did not charge as this was part of our pandemic relief efforts for members. As of 1/1/21 we reverted back to our normal loan skip program which is: Members must have made 6 consecutive payments since their last skip to be eligible (so a max of 2 per year). There is a $25 charge for the Loan Skip Program that must be paid for out of pocket and cannot be financed into the loan. This is the same program that existed before 2020. We apologize for the misunderstanding are availab... read more

So very disappointed with this credit Union after being a member since I was 16 years old. These new fees are ridiculous, especially when you have multiple accounts, and not all of them have direct deposit or 15 transactions a month. I have always raved about your customer service and have highly recommended you to EVERYONE in the PAST... I am currently looking for a new bank or credit Union to transfer my accounts too. I hope your new monthly fees are worth losing clients over. I also tried to opt out of your new account be... read more

Applied for a share secured loan last Friday. Was told someone would call me back that day or Monday to finalize the loan. No one has called, it is now Wednesday. Sent them a message, no reply. Terrible service, don't waste your time

A member for 20 years and a very good customer I am ready to close my accounts. The charging for my checking account is another rip off. What little interest you pay you want to take it back in fees.

Business response:

Mr. Mele, We value your long-time membership and understand your concerns. CCCU has developed Bonus Checking to provide our members the opportunities, features, and benefits for their everyday lives. We understand that this may not be the best fit for everyone and have alternative products that may work better. Please give us a call at 702-228-2228 so we can help you through this transition.

🙁After 20 years with the credit union, multiple loans, and 5 accounts they are going to start charging me for my checking account because I do not use my debit card 15 times a month. unbelievable. I guess I will go back to Citibank.

I applied online due to the covid19. I was sent a email stating I was not able to open it due to something to do with check systems. I sent away for the report knowing I do not owe any banking institution money and I recently opened a account at another banking institution but I prefer a credit union as I have had a account at a credit union for many years but I moved away from that state. needless to say nothing shows up on that report.
