ditch the new computer system, put a drive up atm in the henderson branch, fix the door at the henderson location so older cards still open the door, fix the customer service issuses of long lines and less than helpful phone staff who either cannot or will not make decisions that can help the customer. such as releasing checks, raising atm limits, and creating an environment where the customer looks forward to entering your establishment instead of preparing for battle before we enter the door. everything is a fight with you... read more
This place is the worse. Allowed repeated fraud on my account under their watch. Notified the Tenaya location, and they did nothing. I was refused service by the COO and CEO at another location. Sharing with everyone my horrible experiences with others, and there are many to share.
Getting more people to ANSWER your phone call instead of hanging up on the calls in QUE! That is just a start!
Last 3 times I have visited the Henderson Branch on Lake Mead Pkwy, I have waited 15 + minutes in line. Today I brought it to the attention of the manager, she blamed it on the new computer system. Not acceptable, wonder if anyone from the bank is reading these reviews.

Don't waste your time here. .went in to apply for personal loan. No one came to us, only after my wife said something they said we have to wait in line for a teller. Why? Just so a teller can say have a seat and someone will be with u.
