"Dr Clair Bello operated on my foot a few years ago to remove a bunion and he DIDN'T remove my bunion. What he did was butcher my foot. I didn't even realize that the surgery was done incorrectly for more than a year, at which point was too late to sue. So he gets to remain unaccountable for what he did.
