Brooke and Dr Mac et al are great. I appreciate that they remember me and have really improved my dental health.
The best dental office I have ever been to! They made my crown, while I wait. A computer system makes it, and it fits perfectly. No trying it on and off, and drilling little adjustments. NONE - of that. You just come in, and 2 hours later (in my case) and I was out with my final permeant crown. No temporary or other visit's required. No gooey impression trays in your mouth. Always friendly staff and as much as I hate going to the dentist Dr. McElroy's office makes it so much easier to go.
...wear it. Overall everyone was very accommodating. From the receptionist, acct.manager, dental asst. to Dr. McElroy. High tech devices made it easier and faster to get your digital photos of your teeth and only one visit to get and complete your crown, no temporaries. I would have rated it 5 stars but I have a very low tolerance of pain and I snapped the asst's mirror with my strong tongue. ; )
I contacted Dr. McElroy with acute tooth pain and his staff was able to arrange their schedule to get me in immediately to see the Doc. They treated me kindly, explained everything they were doing, and when it became apparent I required urgent surgery, referred me to a same-day appointment with an endodontist. It was my first-ever visit to Dr. McElroy's office, and I am plan to stay with them!
When my son broke his tooth off skateboarding, we knew just where to turn... Dr. Mac's office. His courteous staff was quick to find him an opening, and Spencer was made to feel like top priority. In a flash, Spencer's tooth looked better than before! Now if I could JUST convince him that he needs to wear a mouth guard when he skates... Thanks Dr. Mac, you rock! -The Hawk family
Always the most professional and friendly service from the entire staff. I could not ask for a most pleasant experience for dental work that can sometimes be not so pleasant.
My entire family goes to Dr McElroy and he is by far the best dentist I've ever gone to. The staff is great and the entire office makes going to the dentist easy.
Excellent results, would recommend his services to every one
