I had my regular quarterly cleaning yesterday. Friendly greeting by name from Jenna as I walked in. No extra waiting in the waiting room, they took me right in...as usual. My favorite hygienist Seanna took good care of me and got me all cleaned up and Dr McElroy stopped in to say hi and make sure all was going well. All in all another smooth, easy and painless visit to Smiles By Design.
I am new to Dr McElroy's..just got 2 new crowns done..all in 3 hours! It was a great experience, and my new teeth are PERFECT! I enjoyed watching him design my teeth on the computer.. he has mastered the latest in dentistry, and I highly recommend him! His staff is very professional and not the high pressure environment that I had at my last dentist..Thank you Dr. Mac!
Over the years I have searched for the ideal dentist. Ideal being a dentist up to speed on new technologies/techniques, and friendly/approachable/professional at the doctor/patient level. Dr McElroy and his staff are hands down the best in San Diego County. I had a very positive experience at Dr. McEloy's office for my check-up/cleaning visit. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I like the text notification.. 2 days before your appointment and 2 hours before your appointment time. Its great.
