The outside sales Manager and his VERY FAT! Sales guy need to learn Business Etiquette. They think the customer needs them but I got news for you buddy you need the customers. Very poor sales team very rude get some educated persons to work for you .

Unless you want your KEYS LOST, and a short, overweight supervisor named Conrad to call you a liar to your face and belligerently deny his staff did anything wrong! The Manager, Ro, is helpful and polite, but will stand by, shrug his shoulders and allow Conrad to act belligerent, and verbally abuse their female customers! They did a GREAT job on my very dirty SRX
RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL I have been here a few times prior to my incident and not had much of a problem then the workers being cold/irritated. On my last visit today (Aug, 18 2014) I asked for my normal hand wash and vacated my car. after paying I returned to the window as I always do to watch them vacuum and drive my car to the rear area.
