Car Wash This establishement does excellent work on cleaning and detailing your car or truck to your specifications. They also do minor maintenance. Their personnel are all very friendly and well qualifed.
my favorite car wash and lube place I always go here to get my oil changed and my car washed. You get a fee wash whenever you take your car to their little lube shop. The great thing is that you can sit in your car while they are working on your car. I have always found them to very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed to have done. The guys that were there are very friendly.
My least favorite car wash and oil change Yes, the carwash is free - with your $50 oil change. They happened to wash mine with the sunroof open yesterday, then told me that I shouldn't be upset because I didn't pay for it anyway. This happened after they tried to upsell at least 3 different options with my oil change and "free" wash. Just say no.
THE BEST I was leaking oil after an oil change at Cityview and I went in on Sunday afternoon to have it checked out. They said there was a leak and that it needed a new gasket. They replaced it, filled up my oil all the way, gave my friend and I free coke's, made sure the problem was fixed and we were on our way. All for free. I was relieved that it was taken care of before taking a 1400 mile drive for Christmas.
Cityview Carwash/Bad Attitude/Poor Wash/OverCharge Got a detail job. Very Poor Service. Very bad attitudes. Young man asking what I needed said they would not even attempt to buff out scratches made on the bumper. I asked that the back seat be cleaned well where children had spilled gravy. He told me it would take a detail job for $34.95 just for the back seat +$11.95 for a car wash; it would be $84.95 for a full car detail + $11.95 for wash. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL I have been here a few times prior to my incident and not had much of a problem then the workers being cold/irritated. On my last visit today (Aug, 18 2014) I asked for my normal hand wash and vacated my car. after paying I returned to the window as I always do to watch them vacuum and drive my car to the rear area. Fast and great service
Ended up paying $98 for an oil change... I don't care how many fees or charges are included, that should be illegal. It's been 3 weeks and I still feel like I got robbed
Experience was aweful... $70 later I got an oil change and a car that was barely clean. I by no means expected detail service but the wash service I received was very unacceptable. Then when speaking with the manager Ralph (who has no customer service skills at all I might add) I was pretty much told this is what our services are.I asked for a refund of my extra charge & was told I couldn't get a refund.
