Its a great place to. Has a good view of the downtown area. Just don't like the parking
So far, I'm extremely happy. It's a great deal for location and all of the amenities.
We love being at CityView because we are in the middle of everything good. Transportation we have Metrolink and busses, trolleys for a fun ride, Union Station, Peabody, Scott Trade, Busch Stadium, Central Library, The Culinaria.....and our in-house store The Avenue and many restaurants just to name a few wonderful reasons of being here. Not to mention our roof top lounge equipped with grilling, fire-pit, tv's and entertainment areas. There are alot of events also for families to attend. i stayed there when mills bought the place and it was hell every since . they are abusive and rude. when i complained about no hot water i was told to leave then and pay the fee to get out of lease or stay and you get what we give you.. many more left after that and some that complained about there issues was forced out. bad business mulls is so that is why i left.
NICE PLACE! Some of these reviews are misleading and seem to all be written by a small group of disgruntled people if not all the same person. In all honesty, this is a good convenient place to live, and I haven't had any issues to note. THEY ARE DOING A LOT OF THINGS TO BETTER THE PROPERTY RIGHT NOW. The management group has been friendly and professional and maintenance is nice and prompt also.
