It's a great place to live downtown but some of the employees are the absolute worst ever.
Going to try to move out as soon as I can. It's best to avoid this place. They're constantly changing things to make it harder on tenants including taking away free surface spots to try to force us to pay $85 for parking and on top of that, selling our vacant parking spots to a neighboring apartment. The AC/Heat units are useless. Just avoid this place, trust me. I'll be counting the days until my lease is up and I can leave.
My son was robbed and killed there. They told me I had 24 hours to get his stuff out or I would have to pay for a month. Not a safe place. Please find a better place.
Convenient location, moderately priced, highly recommended
CityView is a terrific place to live! Prime location downtown and near public transportation. Constant renovations. Key additions, for example, the state-of-the-art fitness facility and convenience store. Helpful leasing office. All for a competitive price. I couldn't imagine better apartments to live in as a student and/or a downtown worker.
Great location. With the covered garage they have added bbq pits as well as a fire pit for all tenants to enjoy. My boyfriend James Shegog is a tenant.
