I moved into Cityview Apartments May 1st 2017. My experience so far has been excellent. Taylor and Vanessa the leasing Consultants we're very helpful with helping me with the application and paperwork to get moved in. I live on the 8th floor Facing East so my view from my balcony is the arch and downtown Saint Louis. I have a Saint Bernard and Cityview is very pet friendly. We have been living here for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Great location and wonderful staff. And very pet friendly. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Super happy to call this place home
Loving everything about City View so far. I haven't moved in yet, but the customer service provided and the level of attention is outstanding. Taylor, my leasing agent who has assisted me through this process keeps me updated on things I need to know in regards to preparing for move in date. Thanks!
I've been here a few years, and I am very pleased. The buildings are clean and safe. I never feel unsafe at all. I'm a senior citizen, and it is a great place for me. Everything that I need is close by. There is even a credit union in the post office. There are not too many homeless since they opened the new shelter. The staff, including maintenance has been great. I have no complaints. It's unfortunate that people that may have lived here before the renovations feel the need to make negative comments.
I moved in about two weeks ago and my unit is very nice with new flooring, kitchen and bathroom. It is roomy with three built in closets with shelves for storing things. I like the location, just one block off Market and EZ access to HWY 40 from Olive or I-55 from 18th street. I am close enough to Scottrade Center that I can hear the horn blow when the Blues score a goal which is kind of cool.
