Great place to live in St Louis
We had a three month lease for which they made us put a full months security deposit down for. We ended up only living there for 6 weeks as I had to move for a new job before my lease was over. Instead of breaking the lease, I paid through the full 3 months. Then I never received my security deposit of over $1,000 although the apartment had no damage what so ever. They just want your money and don’t care about anything else! The washing machines never seemed to clean all that well and the dryers have to be run multiple times... read more
Do not expect your cloths to dry in the laundry mat. I dont know how much money and time I've wasted....
I’ve traveled/lived in many states and have had great experiences in all of the places I’ve lived, but Cityview has been by far the best hospitality. Understanding every apartment is also in business to make a profit, they have never nickled and dimed me. All amenities are free, except laundry. There have been times they could have charged me (accidental towing, forgot to transfer money to checking, etc), but they didn’t. The team here is wonderful with great follow through and respect. DO NOT RENT HERE I have contacted the business about charging me for another month outside of my leasing agreement when they did not state that they would need notice 30 days in advance. I'm out almost $900 because of this. They were extremely unprofessional when Laura Orr "assisted me" with the issue. I want a refund. Place is a scam so don't rent here.
