I want to complaint about an employee at this location by the name of Michael who bullied and made fun of a special Need kid , I understand that hey is Asshole in this world we living but for him to be an employee to make fun and bully a special need costumer who is paying for his membership is a shame and should not happen... I approached him and he seems not to care then I went to his manager who I didn’t get the name but he seem nonchalant. Horrible ppl working there ..

I joined a new location right before COVID hit. I optimistically signed up for personal training thinking it would improve my fitness. etc. I had a few sessions (lesson than 5) and then: COVID-19. During the few months following the start of the global pandemic I was in touch with a representative via email (no locations were physically fielding phone calls). This place is disgraceful!! The Austell location has been without stair climbers for a year now! Have of the treadmills work and the screens on the ecliptic machines don't work. To add insult to jury...the can't fix their broken clocks. I have talked to management, called corporate and absolutely nothing gets done but excuses about parts someday coming. This gym is ghetto and needs to be thoroughly inspected. For clarification, this is the LA Fitness in Austell, GA.....absolutely unacceptable!!! Passed on Atlanta! *****

My account is frozen for a reason. COVID is not under control and it’s impossible to workout with a mask. Besides that ... they’re NOT offering group classes options as before — so why are members being to “unfreeze” their account when someone doesn’t feel safe to return AND they’re not getting what was offered before COVID due to pandemic? I’ve contacted the Tarzana gym via email twice ... and have yet to hear back from them. Truly frustrating.

I’ve sent/mailed my cancellation letter two months ago and this business is still charging me. When you saw I can only cancel my membership through mail and then act like you don’t receive it is horrible business practice. You finally cancelled my partners membership (which I sent out both cancelation documents at the same time) but won’t cancel mine. I’m so done with this company and they need to cancel my membership.

I just had absolutely worst customer service experience in my life with LA Fitness in Parsippany. I came to sign up with a club since I relocated and my current gym is over 25 min driving. I applied for the guest pass and came to the club with the intention to get basic information and sign up. At the reception, I was forwarded to the Salesperson who was absolutely unknowledgeable and couldn't answer simple questions. I canceled my account in beginning of March because i forgot to cancel last year when covid19 hut, So I recently did it online and they said they didn’t receive anything! So i was charged with out notifying me. So i thought I canceled but I guess theres a whole process i had to do! Im out of a job i cant pay my rent or bills, im starving and they overdraft my already empty bank account . I lived off my account for several months until now!! No Job, No Car, No Food, Now an overdraft account. Their should be a Class Action Law... read more

None of the Sensors or Telemetry straps work on the bicycles. When you input a level from 1-10, what ever level you input, it disappears and you are back to 0.

Review: LA Fitness, 1450 Broadway, Saugus, Massachusetts First, note that this review has been read and approved by over 30 members of this gym. On a positive note, the janitorial staff is nothing short of excellent. The facility is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. The staff certainly has our safety and health as a priority.
