I called to cancel on the phone and the representative said they would cancel it for me. Several months later, I checked my credit card and still saw my membership fee charged monthly. When I went to the office in person, they refused to give me the refund saying I lacked evidence. I told them to check the call history, and they said they don't have it far back.

I went in to cancel my membership. Front desk lady says to come in when her manager is there. I said im leaving at 3am after work as im up here for work and just found out i was being relocated. She said i could call and they would take care of it. I called as instructed and the manager said to come in to cancel it. I am 250 miles away and cannot do that. Says there is nothing she could do in a smug voice *** said I could mail something in. Told her that they are no longer authorized to deduct from my acct and if they do its... read more
