Don't waste your time! I have lived here for almost 2 years. Started out great but is going down hill fast. The gate has been open more than closed over the past year. The trash compactor has been broken for months. Kids run wild leaving trash all over...looks like a crime scene due to the spilled kool aid all around. Dog park is a joke. Not impressed with the new management at all. Just waiting for my lease to be up.
Amazing I love my apartment because of the layout. The spacious rooms and amazing kitchen. I love the patio it has a beautiful view. I think the staff was very kind and patient with me with all my questions and concerns. I like the gate community it keeps my car safe and makes people slow down as not to hit children and that is a plus.
