I love this complex! I’ve lived here for a year and half and have minimal complaints (The trash does pile up at the dumpster sometimes). The staff are great (Britanny and John specifically) and so is the rent!
This place is horrible, never move here. The "pest control" with an automatic bill doesn't actually do anything until you constantly complain, half the appliances don't work, most of the actual apartment is also busted, and the maintenance is so lazy don't expect a single thing from them, especially Daryl P.

Muy mala mi experiencia aqui con el personal....porque los apartamentos muy buenos y el personal de mantenimiento eficaz...pero hay otras personas no tan eficaz en lo que hacen......estoy un poco decepcionado
Muy mala la experiencia después que se terminó mi contrato y no quise renovar .....queriendo cobrar pagos extras porque cosas que realmente no existen....ya que deje un deposito el cual no se para que es empleado...mucho cuidado a la hora de mudarse de aquí no chequean los apartamentos y después te quieren cobrar por negligencias de ellos
