Verified Renter I knew this place was home when Rose first began communication with me. Outside of the area and visual aspects of the complex, Rose and her helpfulness sealed the deal for me. I see maintenance and grounds keepers daily keeping the complex clean. So far I have not been disappointed.
Don’t live here. Long story short DO NOT LIVE HERE! I noticed some positive reviews on their page all of a sudden in the last few months. We moved out in October, and officially moved out the end of November. They must have changed staff or management because these reviews DO NOT match our experience at all. Happy Renter I am very happy here at City Parc at Keller Apartments , I have lived here for 6 months and We have a Awesome maintenance team like Gerardo and Leo that always get the job done .. We also have Wonderful Office Staff like Rose, Justin and Marixa that always get back to you when you call or email them.. City Parc at Keller is a very clean , quiet , and wonderful place to live.
Terrible Experience I have lived here for over a year now. Nothing but a terrible experience here. Gates are always broken, never parking near your building if you're in the front, the gym equipment suits better to hurting you than getting any actual workout, and when their app decides to not work, it takes forever to load anything on it and you apparently can't pay rent and get unforgivable late fees for it.
