Verified Renter City park apartment are nice, look like homes inside they always keep it clean. However they dont have a park for kids, the cater more to dogs and they have a lot of hidden fees for no reason why do you have to pay for mailing fees every month when you barely order things and amazon brings it right to the door. Other then that the apartment very luxurious and up to date and the office give away things
Verified Renter Overall, a good place to live. I chose to rent here in large part due to it being a gated community. Unfortunately the gates are often malfunctioning and have been wide open at least 1/3 of the time since I moved here 14 months ago.
Welcome to the World of Fees The apartments are really nice and management / maintenance are great. Parking is wonderful. The only thing I don’t like is the fees. Fees after fees. To pay your rent. Fee. That’s right to make your monthly payment, you pay a fee. They send you your rent bill by mail and that a billing/paper fee as well along with postage fee. Just keep in mind you will pay a lot of fees by moving here. I love recycling, and they provide the recycle bags, but apperently they have been out since Dec 2017 til now ... read more
