I have lived here for a year now and my experience has been mostly a good one. The space feels clean and safe and you get a lot of amenities for your money. I wish that events at the clubhouse were more publicized and that payment breakdowns were more clear when there are fees added on. If something is broken in your apartment when you move in, it is not likely to be fixed unless you do it yourself. Living at City Parc was a great choice for me throughout my undergrad. Between the countless all nighters spent studying in the club house, the ten minute walk to get to campus, and the relaxing pool and media room (for those much needed breaks), City Parc will be the perfect place for any student.
