I've been living at City Parc for three semesters and I really enjoy it. The proximity to campus combined with the great amenities and sizable units are perfect at the price. With the included utilities and highly dedicated staff, I'd highly recommend this apartment complex to new students at UNT or TWU!
It's a very nice property for a pretty low cost and not too small to where you feel too crowded.
I've almost been here a full year and I've really enjoyed it. I've had no issues with any of the staff and any time I've asked questions or needed something fixed they always respond to me in a friendly and timely manner. The only issues I've had is with our washer and dryer and the gates into my building, they have had people come fix it but it always ends up breaking sometime afterwards. I've lived at City Parc for about six months now and absolutely love it! The property is a nice and safe place to live. I currently live in a 4x2 and the layout is perfect with plenty of room even with 4 people there. The amenities at the property are great. The staff are always helpful and I have never had an issue with anyone there. Highly recommend this for your next apartment.
I've been living here at City Parc for about 7 months now, and I have to say I've really enjoyed living here. The quality and location of the community is perfect and has lived up to all of my expectations. I have no complaints! I love that it's close to campus so it's only a brief walk to class.
