I love that it's quiet. A lot of apartments in denton have that problem...so much noise. Glad I finally found a nice, quiet complex
So thankful that I just survived another day of my long, late night, after work walk across the entire complex to my building because they can't keep a parking lot open longer than 2 weeks. #blessed
CityParc is a very pleasant place to live. For one, you get your own bedroom, and while I have a 4 bed/2 bath suite, it still suits me quite well. ****lease needed to be filled**** Awesome place! Love the atmosphere and was super excited to live here but plans changed and staying at school in College Staion. I need someone to take over my leave starting August 2014! I am signed up for a four bedroom two bath, message me if you are interested!
City Parc looked like a great place to live when I toured and my experience has been mostly a good one. It's near the UNT Campus and they have great amenities. I do believe that they should put more effort into the cleaning and inspection of the rooms before moving in. The staff have always been friendly to me and we always willing to help me out if I was locked out. Overall, it's a cool place to live.
City Parc is a really cool place to live. It's not too expensive, they do awesome things each month, it's in walking distance from UNT, the community is awesome, the management is nice and helpful if there is a problem, the maintenance is kind of slow, but beside that it's still a good place to live at.
Nice place to live, very convenient. Staff just needs to work on communication.
