I say yes, but I also think living here means agreeing to constant solicitation and participation in their advertisement schemes. The apartment themselves are fine but the advertisements get annoying.

Do not sign here. You will be ignored by management and their corporate office, American Campus. Your private information, including physical address and resident statement, will be shared with hundreds of strangers. You will be taken advantage of financially and charged outrageous fees upon move out. Plenty of better options in Denton, avoid all American Campus properties at all cost.
My vehicle was towed while in the process of moving a resident into the apartment. I was not parked in a “no parking spot “ nor were there signs. Took 2 hours to get my vehicle back, and when tried to discuss a possible policy change or at least a sign with the leasing manager, she offered a suggestion box! There was no communication about parking areas at time of sign in to get the keys to the apartment. Incompetent staff, and not much better management. Be careful anywhere you park, they will tow you.
Great place to live! Of course the rent is a little higher than other places but it is completely worth it. I love the staff and the community is very well kept. I love all the amenities. I highly recommend living here.

I've been living at City Parc since September and it's been a great few months. I live in a 4 bedroom 4 bath and I'm studying abroad starting January 2018, so was wondering if anyone would be interested in taking over my lease starting in December. I have three roommates who are all really sweet and super easy to get along with, but since I'll be going out of the country next semester I really need someone to sublease my room!
