Having Acute asthma andxmy husband extremely ill with liver cancer. I began to get really sick, after two doctor visits mold was found all under our crawl space.. my husband was hospitalized and I had ti get out and stay with relatives. It's been over a month they keep sending people out..my doctor's have advised me I can not go back in along with some of the techs who have checked it out. I have lived in a Tricon property for almost a year now. We have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever moving in. We got approved for the property and paid the deposit and first month's rent while I was 6 months pregnant and our move-in date was July 21st. They also tried telling me rent is actually ******* a month vs **** just because of high demand AFTER we signed our lease for ****.00/month. It was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of 1 of our 4 property managers to get a walk through date because we had yet to even see the ... read more

I have been a resident for almost 2 years. My a/c goes out every year. I have a toddler with reactive airways disease. For the 3 days with no air we went to a hotel. Now they come again and leave us with no air in *****. I've had 6 leaks in this house and they have done nothing for assistance or compensation. Many things of mine have been ruined and I have missed a lot of work to be available for the plumbers. You get no response from the emergency line which is great when currently I've been without AC for over 24 hours in the ***** heat with a newborn at home. They don't care about you and only want your money.
