Cheapest management company ever!! They send out the cheapest workers to fix anything, and every time its not done correctly. It is currently 87 degrees in my house. A tech was here yesterday, spent more time laughing and talking about his wife then fixing my ac. Big surprise, its completely out now, on a Saturday, so no one is answering or helping! And I have kids in the house. All theyre worried about is collecting money from people!!
Never and I mean never rent from this company. My fault for not looking at the BBB reviews before I rented from them. Funny thing is, their **************** will tell you the bad reviews are from people who didn't pay their rent.....Wrong, the bad reviews are because the company as a whole is so disorganized. The houses are patched together with paint and the lipstick used on the *** to make it presentable. Laundry list of over 10 items needing to be repaired as well as broken soiled toilet seats needing to be replaced. Elec... read more

Tricon is con they want a lot of money for nothing.All the coordinators and superintendents are full of it.My first time renting and last.They suck!!!!You get a lot of running around but the minimum is being done.

Most inflexible and frustrating company to ever work with. We sent several emails and voicemails for ***** the rep to call us to help my client understand why they were denied on a rental application. After 3 days and multiple emails and voicemail snaps finally a call to realtor agent she returns our call. We asked to understand why if my clients were able to pay up front a premium and 12 mos in full up front that they would still be denied. She kept repeating the same rehearsed response over and over again and never answere... read more
