We recently rented a home in Anthem, **. Everyone we have worked with from the leasing application through move-in and maintenance has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. *******, the leasing agent, answered every phone call personally, unlike other companies who are totally automated. Once our application was approved ******** in Residential was extremely helpful, personable and kept us informed of every step. This company is horrible!!! I've tried for weeks to get a rental verification for one of their current tenants. How could anyone leasing from this company buy a home, get employment or ever get approved for a lease somewhere else when this company won't respond in a timely manner? I called more times than I could possibly count leaving messages trying to get a call back. Finally reached a live person after two weeks. Then sent the verification form to the email provided and received no response. Hence the calling over and ov... read more

Shadiest company I've had to deal with in a long time. My daughter attends college in ******* **, and Tricon took over the apartment a month after we signed our lease. They tack on fees for all shared services (pool, shared water, shared bathrooms, sewer charges) they force you to have "waste valet" for $25.00 per month, and "Fetch" package service for $13.00/month, Neither of which would we want or use since it's a gated community and has dumpsters on every corner? Was on hold for over an hour, never got through to an actual person. Have called multiple days in a row and never spoke with anyone. Scheduled the self tour 3 *********************** and all of which were a failure. It says they unlocked the front door which is false. Couldnt get in to any of the properties. Also, got denied on a house when we met all the requirements, have 3x the income and have 750+ credit scores. Would not recommend.

Found a rental that looked perfect for us, but wanted to tour the property in person before committing to an application because of the fees. Pictures are nice and all but can be deceiving, so we wanted to view it first. **************** person gave us a code to do a self tour. Went there and code did not work, tried several times. They said they would have to send someone out to fix it and could take 1-2 weeks. I've been with Tricon for 6 1/2 years and she was my leasing agent back then. ******* helped me find the home I'm in and she made sure I was comfortable.
