Great team there. Solves problems
We were recommended by another appliance store to go to City Maytag. I'm so glad we went to the store. They were very nice and helpful. We were able to get a new dishwasher and stove for less than we had budgeted for them! I now recommend them to anyone who is looking for new kitchen appliances.
The employees of City Maytag are extremely incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. If your extended warranty company requires you to use this business, I would highly recommend you refuse. Demand a different business.
I bought new dishwasher from City. Gave excellent review because they came out days later! Quicker than most! He left, had to order parts. Weeks later came back, WRONG PART! IT'S been over two months now, set up for Friday but I have Dr appointment. Got heated in conversation and Tanja hung up on me! Seems there just isn't ANY good companies in Havasu. This is under warranty no less!
