City Chevrolet customer service was awesome. My 2012 Chevy Traverse gave out on me and the service team James, and Shane were very helpful. My traverse needed a new engine that would cost $9000 so I decided it was time to trade it in and get something more reliable. Sleazy car dealership sending out "You won something (in my case TV)" I called to confirm because I didn't believe it and they said "yeah, you won a TV come pick it up, no purchase necessary". I get there and they said "yeah, well, the thing is that I know it says you won, and I know you confirmed it, but you actually have to match your number on your mailer to our numerical board to see if you won". Complete bait and switch and waste of my time. This reeks of BS. I'd never consider buying a car from these sleaze bags.

Some say first impressions are everything. I find that not to be the case. It's not until you really get to know someone and or their business to see who they really are and what they are about. And for city Chevrolet they showed outstanding concern and reached out to me to make things right. Which I find is hard to come by this day and age. And that in its self shows A LOT.
