Today was my second time getting my car serviced at this location. The service was impeccable! My car battery died last night and I dropped it off after hours. They have a key box so I was able to leave my key. Jose called me first thing in the morning to notify me that it was in cue for diagnosis. He kept me updated throughout the day. They were able to get my vehicle completed by the end of the day. Ive worked in a service department before and Saturdays are usually very busy and most jobs carry over into Monday. Got my girlfriends Mustang back from " City Chevrolet" deal gone bad...tried to give the truck back they flipped out on me and it took an hour for them to give me my car back I received my car smelled urine pulled over to the side of the road , saw that the passenger side floor was wet, one the salesmen PISSED all over the passenger side floor of my Mustang I am so pissed right now. I went to this dealer yesterday. I needed a bolt and nut for my Silverado tailgate. I was told that $125 would be just to get started. They were not willing to just sell me the nut and bolt . They insister the tailgate would have to be taken apart to find the missing nut! Would not just sell me the nut and bolt! Do not trust this dealer!
