This was my first and most likely last trip to Citizens. I heard it was good so thought we'd give it a try. Our burgers AND fries were burned to the point that half of it wasn't even edible! Not to mention the service was incredibly slow and took over 45 min to get our food (3 burgers ordered all the same!) I wouldn't recommend it after my experience there.

When I first started coming here about 2 years ago, it was fantastic. The food was great, came out fast, and I could feel the genuine hospitality from the staff. Since then every time I've come here there has been something not up to par. Sometimes it's the food being "just ok" or the servers having little or no interest in their job. The whole family loved the meal! The burgers were tasty, the grilled chicken was delicious and the fries were yummy!!! The service was above average. We will be back!!!

Best place to eat by far! The shishito pepper appetizer is a must have and the burgers are the best!

We stopped Downtown as a part of a domestic violence awareness Ladies Day Getaway with Gifted Group and The Pack Travel Club. I had a chicken burger and my friends had beef. Amazing wait staff, phenomenal food and a great way to kick off our trip.
They make some exceptional burgers and have a great craft beer selection
